The catch
The Catch is our email newsletter that goes out to everyone who loves OHS crew. It contains reminders about the week’s schedule, links to the website for upcoming events, volunteer sign-ups, new photos, and anything else you might need to know to be an active part of the Oakton Crew community.

Teamsnap
Communication directly from the top! Coaches and the OHS Crew Board of Directors communicate directly in real time with athletes and their parents on the TeamSnap app. We use this tool to track athlete availability for boat lineups, post all schedule or location changes due to weather, and communicate all critical, time-sensitive information to crew athletes and their families. You will receive an invitation to join our private team account when you register for the team.
SLACK
Crew operates a private Slack channel open to teammates and parents for daily communications, Slack is the preferred forum to post “within-team” notices and questions, lost-and-found notices, questions about daily carpool changes, social gatherings, etc. Some groups (carpools, boats, etc.) also form their own sub-channels within the general team channel. You will receive an invitation to join our private team channel when you register for the team.
