without our volunteers, Crew would not be possible! 

As part of the Membership Commitment, every Crew family must serve a minimum of TWO volunteer service shifts each year:

  • at least one “Oakton Crew” volunteer service shift

    AND

  • at least one “VASRA” volunteer service shift

If any OHS Crew family does not fulfill BOTH of these requirements, they will be assessed a $300 fee.

IN ADDITION TO YOUR SERVICE COMMITMENTS, ALL FAMILIES ARE EXPECTED TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE ROWER HOSPITALITY TENT DURING THE SEASON. Note: contributing food does NOT count as an OHS volunteer shift.
